I absolutely love my weekly visits with Dr. Kevin. It goes beyond the adjustment. I feel seen and heard when I come in from the moment I walk in to when I leave. While I take care of myself day to day, I truly believe I haven’t been sick at all in this past year simply because of my adjustments helping to keep my systems in alignment. When my long-time chiropractor retired 11 months ago, it was my good fortune to select Dr Dette (PFC - Pacific Family Chiropractic) from among the many choices in North County. It was like winning the lottery, as Dr D has exceptional knowledge of anatomy, and there is no guess-work when he performs gentle but effective manipulations. At the outset, I said he was one of the few who ‘paid attention’ in Chiropractic School. He ranks in the top 2 of the 15(?) chiropractors I’ve known. Having been injured in five collisions over a 40-year period, I’ve suffered from chronic neck and back pain and depended on weekly adjustments to relieve muscle spasms of neck/whiplash, mid and lower back. I was resigned to living like this….but to my surprise, after 10 months of treatment by Dr D, the spasms and pain have subsided significantly. My neck no longer feels like it’s locked in a vise-grip, and my back is noticeably more relaxed. Life is hopeful! I highly recommend PFC. The office is well-run, there’s never a long wait, and there are 3 therapy rooms with high-tech roller tables. The staff? Warm and welcoming!

Incredible experience! Upon arrival, I was greeted so kindly by Tanya and Dr. Dette’s beautiful wife Carleigh. They made checking in a breeze and create such a warm environment. Truly appreciate the cleanliness and simplicity of the office as well! The boards with family photos and success stories show their passion and the value they place on everyone that walks through their doors. I went in with pain and tension, and left Free’d - Relieved!! Pacific Family Chiropractic is the best place for chiropractic care. I’ve seen many chiropractors over the years and Dr. Dette is, by far, the best. Every visit, he knows exactly what is needed and I always leave feeling better. A few months ago, my husband threw his back out and had a full spasm where he could barely walk and Dr. Dette had him better in 24 hours and back to full capacity in less than a week. He helped me during my entire pregnancy and now adjusts my two children under the age of 5. My son was 3 years old when he was first adjusted and, like most kids, he was aprehesive about going to the doctor. Now, he gets so excited to see Dr. Dette and runs straight to the room and gets himself on the table. He is the only chiropractor I would trust with my children and the only chiropractor my husband and I will use. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and every time I walk in, it feels like I’m seeing family. No better choice for chiropractic care!

If you are looking for an excellent Chiropractor I highly recommend Pacific Family Chiropractic! I've been attending this practice for a few months and when I began I was in so much pain I could hardly walk. Dr. Dette is knowledgeable and is an amazing practictioner! I can't say I have any place to compare this to, but my experience here in 2 months time has been amazing. Dr. Dette and his staff (also his wife when she's in!) have all made me feel heard and cared for when I'm there. I feel like that alone says a lot about the experience you can have. Dr. Dette answers my questions thoroughly, is informative, offers suggestions, and offers outside resources.

Our whole family loves Pacific Chiropractic! The Dettes and Sara are such a huge blessing and truly love and care for their clients like they are family! My husband and I started seeing Dr. Kevin when I was 8 months pregnant and was in so much pain, I could barely walk. Awesome location, professional, great staff, great service!!! As a new patient, I couldn't be more happy with my choice to give Pacific Family Chiropractic a try! Dr. Dette is professional, knowledgeable, and does things the right way! I've had bad chiropractic experiences in the past where I didn't feel like my concerns were heard and I ended up getting rushed through without getting the proper treatment I needed, being that I am a construction worker with a lot of wear and tear on my back, but that is definitely not an issue here. I felt at home right as I walked through the door. I absolutely recommend going here for all of your chiropractic needs!
